Whether you sing in the shower or go up on stage every Friday night music is a large part of all of us. However for Dan Amato & The Sentimental Men Music is a passion. Starting their career at Monmouth University in Long Branch, NJ, deriving influence from some of the greatest artists of all time such as New Jersey native Bruce Springsteen, The Beatles and Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons. The band consists of Dan Amato on lead vocals and guitar, Kellan Brennan on keys, drummer Owen Flanagan, bassist Jon Bass and JJ Fabricatore on saxophone. Having such strong roots to NJ music it comes to no surprise these sentimental men are rocking at Asbury Park one of NJ’s most iconic summer towns. Asbury Park aside from being a booming summer hot spot is also home to music history for Bruce Springsteen, Steve Van Zandt, members of the E Street Band and Legendary Singers Ronnie Spector and Lee Dorsey. Dan Amato & The Sentimental Men may be next to follow in these iconic footsteps as this past June the band had released their first Extended Play named “Homecoming”. Check out the links below to the bands Youtube Channel where you can watch their debut of “Homecoming” and listen to the bands other hits “Lindsey (Wait For Me)” and”Roses For Rosie”. To check out more of the band be sure to come to one of their upcoming events.
